Criteria for Full Membership
- An ethnic minority led organisation
- An organisation, where ethnic minority comprise the majority of the membership
- The organisation can be funded or non-funded/voluntary
- Have a management/steering committee of no less than 3 people
- The ethnic minority organisation can be based within a larger organisation during set-up but must have the clear intention to become self-sufficient within a specified time period
- Have applied and gained associate membership status
