Summary
The NGO Alliance Against Racism (NAAR) Shadow Report is a response to the Third and Fourth Periodic Reports of Ireland under the UN International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (CERD). This report is a compilation of efforts by a broad range of anti-racist, community and human rights non-governmental organisations (NGOs) including member groups in New Communities Partnership network. The Shadow Report was submitted to the UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD) in Jan 2011.
