- How to influence social policy
- Key stages in identifying policy issues arising from people's experiences in trying to access services or enforce rights
- Ways in which social policy feedback can be developed
The Session will cover four areas:
- The Social Policy-Making Process
- Understanding Social Policy Work/Feedback
- Gathering 'evidence based' policy feedback
- Developing Case Evidence
